THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT, NOT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

TIRED OF TICKET FEES? WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK.

If you purchased a ticket on Stubhub, Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Gametime (or others), you may be entitled to up to $100 in compensation.

(PROMOTION. TERMS APPLY)

Check if you're eligible:

You may be entitled to up to $100 in ticket credit at XP.

You qualify for this claim if you purchased a ticket on Stubhub, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, or any other resale marketplace between 2020-2024. This offer is only valid for first time purchases at XP.

You will be refunded for the fees you paid, up to $100 off a purchase on XP, in the form of a 40% promo code. Submitting multiple receipts will not make you eligible for more than $100 in compensation. XP credit can be used for tickets to sports, concerts, comedy, & more.

As much as we'd love to stick it to the man, XP is a ticket marketplace, not a law firm. This is a promotional campaign. Submitting a claim has no legal bearing against any company.

WHY ARE TICKETS
SO D*MN
EXPENSIVE?

Do you know that feeling?

Do
you
know
that feeling...

when you add two $100 tickets
to cart

when you add two $100 tickets to cart

and your total somehow becomes $275?

YEAH, WE HATE THAT SH*T TOO

So we created our own ticket marketplace with no junk fees.

And we're calling Stubhub, Ticketmaster & Vivid Seats out on their bullsh*t.

Send us your receipt, and we'll send you a refund on the fees you paid, up to $100 in total.

Concerts, sports, theater, comedy - we're refunding fees for all events. Screenshots of receipts will do just fine.

  • Who is eligible for compensation?
If you have placed an order on ticket resale platforms between 2020 and 2024, you are eligible for a refund on the fees you paid in the form of ticket credit at XP, up to $100 off a purchase on XP, in the form of a 40% discount code. This credit can be applied to one ticket purchase at XP. Limited to one credit per person, for first time purchases made by new customers only.
  • How do I claim my refund?
To claim your refund, simply fill out the Claim Form and upload a screenshot or PDF of the receipt showing the fees you paid. If you don't have the receipt handy, you can email it to us later.
  • How do I find my receipt?
The easiest way to find your receipts will be in your email inbox. Search for keywords like "Ticketmaster receipt" or "Stubhub billing info" to find the email confirmation you received for your ticket. For more specific details, we've compiled a page with instructions for a few popular ticket websites.
  • What if my receipt doesn't show the fees I paid?
We don't blame you. Some marketplaces will conceal the fees they charged (surprise surprise) and just show you an order total. If you submit an eligible receipt but the fee is not shown as a separate line item, we may make an exception and issue a promotional offer for 30% of your order total, up to a maximum of $100.
  • Is this a class action lawsuit against Stubhub, Ticketmaster, etc.?
As much as we'd like to stick it to the man, no, this is not a class action lawsuit. This is a promotion run by XP, a ticket resale marketplace to help fans pay less for tickets and avoid junk fees.
  • I just submitted a claim. When will I receive my compensation?
Claims will be reviewed within a few days, and refunds will be processed immediately after your claim is verified. You will receive a confirmation email once your compensation is processed.
  • I received my compensation. What do I do now?
Your credit can be used on any ticket purchase at XP, minimum order $200. We have over 34 million tickets to thousands of concerts, sports, comedy and theater events across the US. Browse tickets here.
  • What is XP?
XP is a new ticket marketplace built on transparency, upfront pricing, and absolutely no junk fees. We believe that live experiences should be affordable to the fans who want to attend most.
